GUARD RECOVERY DRILL

An Important drill to know, and to make sure it is part of our muscle memory is the guard recovery drill so that you don’t allow your opponent to pass your guard easily, or to actually prevent him or her to pass. We suggest this becomes a routine warmup before class so that it becomes natural. Awesome technique display from two really cool ladies from Toronto BJJ. Ossss.
